Sound System at St. Anne's

Please consider donating to St Anne's Communities Appeal for a Sound System for St Anne's.  The system is already in place and operating, however, due to  unexpected premises work (material and labour for electrics and carpentry), the cost has increased by several thousand pounds.  The aim is to amplify the spoken word during services, as well as recording them for later podcasting. The system, researched for us by Alan Symes, will now cost over £12,500. We need to raise an additional £6200 to complete the work.  We have raised just over £6300 so far but we still have a long way to go!  Please help to make this project possible. St. Anne's answer to Nigella and Jamie is finally available to be purchased!  The book is filled with  many mouth-watering recipes from our diverse congregation such as, Sorrel Soup, Red Beans and Coconut, Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Pot Pie and Klingeris; a Latvian cake.  

"I'm enjoying reading the different recipes and so glad the book included a cross reference between metric and US measurements. It's very interesting to see that there are ingredients that are totally foreign to me....I'll just have look those up in the dictionary! Thanks again..."
